Abstract

Contemporary systemic crises and escalating global risks call for a renewed understanding of human existence beyond the assumptions of modern individualism. By foregrounding vulnerability as a shared condition, this paper argues that care constitutes a fundamental ethical and political response to collective precariousness. Situated at the intersection of vulnerability, global risk and political organization, care is conceptualized as a paradigm of political resilience capable of fostering responsibility, solidarity, and democratic coexistence.
