Reviewers

Reviewers play a central role in maintaining the scholarly quality, integrity and transparency of TRIBELON. The journal relies on independent expert review to support fair editorial decisions and constructive feedback to authors.

Confidentiality and impartiality

Reviewers must treat all manuscripts and related materials as confidential documents. They must not share, discuss, use or cite unpublished material from a manuscript without permission from the editors and authors.

Reviews must be objective, respectful and based on scholarly criteria. Personal criticism of authors is not acceptable.

Conflicts of interest

Reviewers must decline an invitation or inform the editors if they have a conflict of interest, insufficient expertise, or any circumstance that could compromise the independence of the review.

Review criteria

Reviewers are asked to evaluate the originality, clarity, methodological soundness, scholarly relevance, quality of documentation, use of sources, image and data permissions, and consistency of the manuscript with the aims and scope of the journal or issue.

Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited and should alert the editors to any suspected plagiarism, redundant publication, ethical concern or substantial overlap with other works.

Review form

Reviewers can use the TRIBELON review form to structure their evaluation and recommendations.
