What I offer in the following pages are nothing more than notes, written by an intellectually curious student, who, without any pretense of writing a scholarly article, allowed himself to be guided by some suggestions, born of readings accumulated over time. Notes, then, from a distant world, but perhaps capable of dialoguing with the present and stimulating the view of the contemporary jurist.
